01 Raw Material

02 Resistance Test
Micro-Ohm Balance. Corrected to 20°C baseline. We enforce a strict <1% unbalance limit (vs. industry 2%), eliminating vibration causes at the coil level.
03 Insulation Test
Environmental Immunity. Full HV inspection of IR and PI values verifies VPI density. Ensures reliability not just against leakage, but against aging in harsh/dusty zones.
04 Inter-turn Test
Coil “CT Scan”. Critical Step. High-voltage pulses scan windings for microscopic enamel damage. Detects hidden weak spots to prevent future short circuits.
05 No-load Test
Assembly Diagnostics. Every motor gets run-in time. We combine current data with auditory inspection to detect uneven air gaps or tight bearings instantly.
06 Locked Rotor
Test Explosive Starting Power. Simulated locked-rotor test verifies starting torque and winding mechanical strength. Guarantees reliable starts even under heavy loads.
07 Hi-pot Test
Safety Redundancy. Applied voltage: 2x Rated + 1000V. With leakage thresholds stricter than IEC/UL standards, we prioritize maximum personnel safety.
08 Vibration Test
Ultimate Silence. Per ISO 10816-3, we test multi-axial vibration on every unit. Precision balancing targets Zone A (Excellent) standards for max bearing life.
09 Speed Check
